The NEC PlasmaSync PX-42XR3W, 42" high resolution XGA plasma monitor, was awarded winner in the "Best Flat Panel Display over 30-inches" category. This follows on from a "highly recommended" award in June through the Sound & Image awards in the "Best Flat Panel Display" category for it's predecessor - the NEC PlasmaSync 42XM2. "The PX-42XR3W is a brand new release model ¡¡¨¬C we may very well be the first NEC subsidiary worldwide to have received an award for this model but I don't think we'll be the last.
